Introduction of industrial filtration filter bags

Industrial filtration filter bag, as one of the important filter elements, plays a key role in the filtration process. The filter bag has excellent chemical stability and heat resistance, and it is also a high performance variety in common filter materials.

According to the material it can be divided into: polypropylene PP, polyester PET, PA nylon, viscose fiber, acrylic fiber, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene HDPE PVC PE, PTFE etc..

The industrial filter bag is divided into one time application type and durable type.

Filtration temperature properties of industrial filter bags:

1. Polyester industrial filter bags:

(PE) is a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerization of ethylene.

Generally, low pressure polyethylene is used as raw material to spun synthetic fibers. Polyethylene has no odor, no toxicity, high temperature resistance, oil resistance, steam permeability and stress cracking resistance. It has excellent low temperature resistance (the lowest temperature is up to -100~-70

degrees C). It has good chemical stability and can withstand most acid and alkali erosion. At normal temperature, it is insoluble in general solvent, small water absorbability, in addition to electrical insulation and impact resistance and cold resistance performance is very good.

 

2. Polypropylene industrial filter bags:

2-1, (PP) is a non-toxic, tasteless milky white, highly crystalline polymer. It is one of the lightest varieties of all plastics. It is especially stable for water, and its water absorption rate of 14h is only 0.01%. The molecular weight is about 8~15 million, with good formability and good gloss on the surface of the products.

2-2, PP has high crystallinity and structure, so it has excellent mechanical properties, and its strength, hardness and elasticity are higher than that of high density PE. The outstanding feature is bending fatigue resistance (7 * 10^7), opening and closing, bending and bending without damage trace, dry friction coefficient is similar to nylon, but it is not as good as nylon when oil is lubricated.

2-3, PP has good heat resistance, the melting point is at 164~170 C, and the products can be sterilized at the temperature above 100 degrees C. Under the action of external force, it is not deformed at 150. The embrittlement is -35 C, and the brittleness will occur at lower than -35 C, and the heat resistance is not as good as PE.

2-4, PP has good chemical stability. Besides being able to be corroded by concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, all the other chemical reagents are more stable, and the anti-corrosion effect is good. But the low molecular weight of fatty hydrocarbons and aromatic hydrocarbons can soften and expand the PP.

2-5, PP high frequency insulation performance is excellent, because it has almost no water absorption, so the insulation performance is not affected by humidity, there is a high dielectric coefficient.

 

3. Nylon mesh industrial filter bags:

3-1, white nylon net made from monofilament or nylon monofilament. The absolute precision range is 20-500 mesh.

3-2. It has acid and alkaline resistance and corrosion resistance.

3-3, high temperature, the highest continuous operation temperature is 160 degrees 3, wear resistance, high strength, long service life, can be repeatedly cleaned, filtration efficiency is not affected, the comprehensive use effect is good.

3-4, the dust accumulation rate is high, the initial resistance is low, the filtration quantity is big, the dustproof performance is strong, and it can be cleaned and used repeatedly.

 

4. PTFE felt filter bags:

4-1, PTFE, called "non stick coating" and "easy to clean material." This material has the characteristics of anti - acid, alkali, anti - organic solvent and almost insoluble in all solvents.

4-2, Polytetrafluoroethylene has the characteristics of high temperature resistance. Its friction coefficient is very low. It is made of polytetrafluoroethylene fiber needle punched felt, and then processed with the filter bag. Polytetrafluoroethylene is a linear polymer.

/High temperature resistance - the working temperature is 250.

/Low temperature resistance - good mechanical toughness; even if the temperature drops to -196 C, it can also maintain a 5% elongation.

/Corrosion resistance - to most chemicals and solvents, it shows inertia, strong acid and strong alkali, water and various organic solvents.

/High lubrication - the lowest coefficient of friction in solid materials.

/Non adhesion - the smallest surface tension in the solid material, which does not adhere to any substance.

/Electrical insulation - can resist 1500 volts of high voltage electricity.

Its friction coefficient is very small, only 1/5 of PE.
